Product Warranty Statement
Temprecord data recording instruments are engineered to record temperature and/or humidity values accurately — but they do not control or regulate environmental conditions. Under our warranty, if a unit fails to meet specification or has a manufacturing defect within the covered period, Temprecord’s liability is limited to the replacement or refund of that instrument. Device failures caused by mishandling, abuse or use outside specified environmental ranges are not covered.

Warranty at a Glance
Clear coverage timeline
Most units carry a product warranty of 12 months (or 1 million samples), while selected models carry 24 months (or 2 million samples).
Manufacturing defect protection
The warranty covers defects in manufacture or component failure, but excludes damage caused by environmental misuse or over-range conditions.
Model-specific terms
For example, the “Scientific” and “Medical” series receive 24-month defect-in-manufacture warranty; other models follow differing durations as per the Warranty Schedule.
